2. Definitions

• Platform: The software and services provided by Giftrun for managing, issuing, and redeeming gift cards.
• User: Any individual or business entity that registers and uses the platform.
• Gift Card: A digital voucher issued through the platform with a specific monetary or product value.

3. User Responsibilities

• Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any actions performed through the account will be attributed to the account holder.
• Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and while using the platform.
• Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws, including those related to financial transactions, advertising, and intellectual property.

4. Gift Card Usage

• Value Management: The monetary or product value of gift cards must be set in accordance with local laws and business practices.
• Expiration Policies: Users must clearly communicate expiration dates and terms to their customers.
• Fraud Prevention: Users are responsible for ensuring that gift cards are issued and redeemed securely to prevent fraud or unauthorized use.

5. Uploaded Content

• Ownership: Users retain ownership of any images, logos, or other content uploaded to the platform.
• Permissions: By uploading content, users grant Giftrun a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and store the content for the purpose of providing the service.
• Prohibited Content: Users must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others. Giftrun reserves the right to remove such content without prior notice.

6. Financial Transactions

• Currency: All monetary transactions will be processed in the currency specified by the user at the time of gift card issuance.
• Refunds and Disputes: Refund policies are determined by the user issuing the gift card. Giftrun is not responsible for resolving disputes between users and their customers.
• Service Fees: Giftrun may charge fees for the use of the platform. These fees will be clearly communicated before any charges are incurred.

7. Limitation of Liability

Giftrun is not responsible for:

• Losses incurred due to incorrect usage of the platform.
• Unauthorized access to user accounts.
• Disputes arising from the redemption or issuance of gift cards.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Privacy Policy

User data will be collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Modifications

Giftrun reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Chile.
